Overview

The Adequacy of Activity Mindset Measure (AAMM) is a scale developed by Zahrt & Crum (in prep) to assess mindsets about the adequacy and benefits of ones’ physical activity as it relates to health.The AAMM captures beliefs about the benefits and risks associated with current levels of physical activity.The scale can be administered to adults who are fluent in English and is appropriate for both healthy and chronically ill populations.
